Your Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without needing to give a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. You can do this by:
- Emailing us via our contact form
- Sending a clear statement of your decision to cancel
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
Step 2: Return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Step 3: Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return address will be provided when you contact us about your return.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For services to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Tip: Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refund includes:
- The price you paid for the item(s)
- Standard delivery charge (if you return your entire order)
Refund does NOT include:
- Express or premium delivery charges
- Return postage costs
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- A description of the issue
We will arrange collection of the faulty item at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement, including any delivery charges paid.
Wrong Item Sent
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and send the correct item or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items with broken seals or removed hygiene seals
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
